They hold incredible promise for personalized treatments, but the reprogramming process is complex and costly, and there\u2019s still a risk of <strong>genetic instability<\/strong> or unwanted cell behaviour. They are <em>multipotent<\/em>, meaning they can form several key tissue types including cartilage, muscle, bone, and fat cells.<\/p><p>More importantly, MSCs don\u2019t just replace damaged cells\u2014they <strong>modulate the immune system<\/strong>, <strong>reduce inflammation<\/strong>, and <strong>promote natural tissue repair<\/strong> through the release of bioactive molecules.<\/p><p>Unlike embryonic or iPSC-derived cells, <strong>MSCs carry no ethical issues and have an excellent safety record<\/strong>.
