Using ultra-thin needles to reverse the hair thinning process, your therapist will inject your own platelet-rich plasma (PRP), which has been derived from your own blood, into your scalp. Only a slight pin prick sensation is felt when your blood is taken, usually from a vein in your arm, and the injections into your scalp can be a bit uncomfortable.
